Roslyn Café has a unique history, made all the more unusual by its current owners,
Bret and Theresa Alexander. As travel managers for the band U2 (yes, that U2)
Bret and Theresa have logged more miles and spent more time in international airport lounges,
customs offices, hotels and bars than just about anyone except perhaps Bono himself.
When Bret and Theresa purchased The Roslyn Café in 2003, it represented a way for them to establish
family roots and own a piece of history. The chance to roll up their sleeves and walk to work for a change didn’t hurt either.
Next time you’re in town, drop in and say hi. You’ll never know who you might find sitting at the next table over.
